  2. Light Exercises and Jogging – 20 minutes
    1. Group warm-up exercises. (Light exercise session for all attendees.)
    2. Light jogging around the field to promote physical activity.
  3. Members Bonding:
    1. Activities fostering camaraderie among members.
    2. Icebreaker games to encourage interaction.
    3. Team-building exercises for both adults and children
  4. Player Selection:
    1. Process for selecting participants in competitive games.
    2. Inclusive approach ensuring everyone has a chance to participate.
    3. Fair and transparent selection criteria.
  5. Football Match – 48 minutes.
    1. Three teams: Nwannedinamba, Enyimba, and Echidime
    2. Each team plays two matches.
    3. Final match between the top two teams

    1. Separate races for adults and kids
    2. Teams compete in relay format.
  7. Tug of War – 30 minutes
    1. Separate matches for adults and kids
    2. Each team consists of 6 members.
  8. Egg and Spoon Race – 30 minutes
    1. Separate races for adults and kids
    2. Relay race format with teams competing.
  9. Relay Race – 10 minutes.
    1. 4×100 meters relay race
    2. Teams compete for the fastest time.
  10. 100 Meters Race – 10 minutes
    1. Separate races for adults and kids
    2. Individual competition for the fastest sprinter
  11. Storytelling Sessions – 30 minutes
    1. Each group shares a traditional Igbo story.
    2. Focus on engaging and entertaining the audience.
  12. Traditional Dance Competitions (Dance-off) – 30 minutes
    1. Each group performs a traditional dance.
    2. Judges score based on authenticity, choreography, and stage presence.
  13. Igbo Language Quiz – 30 minutes
    1. Quiz on Igbo proverbs and language.
    2. Teams compete to answer the most questions correctly.
  14. Ayo (Ncho/Igba Ncho) – 30 minutes
    1. Traditional board game competition
    2. Participants play in a knockout format.
  15. Food and Drinks, Ice Cream – 30 minutes
    1. Serving of traditional Igbo cuisine
    2. Refreshments and ice cream for all attendees
